Meet the Team!

Coach Connie

Constantina, also known as Coach Connie, has been an integral part of the Rally & Pep team since its inception and is thrilled to be a part of this amazing community. With a wealth of experience in Cheerleading, Dance, and Fitness, Coach Connie brings her unique experience to the team.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, her journey began at the young age of 9 on the Pop Warner Town Cheerleading team.  During this time, she discovered her passion for cheerleading, dancing, and choreography. As part of the squad she competed in several regional competitions and UCA Nationals in Florida.

She was awarded All-Star Cheerleader and selected as an NCA All-Star cheerleader where she had the incredible opportunity to perform in the Eagle Aloha Bowl in Hawaii as part of the NCA Spirit Leaders. In her senior year, she was invited to join the UCA Staff as an Instructor.  She spent two summers training and working as a Camp Instructor all over New England which included cheer, dance, stunting, and gymnastics.

Attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Coach Connie was part of the Co-Ed Cheerleading team, holding positions as a Co-Captain and Dance Captain. Her cheerleading journey took her to cheer on the Football team and the then Final Four Basketball Team, traveling across the country to support them in televised games. Additionally, Coach Connie contributed to summer cheer camps at UMass, where she choreographed dance routines and led cheer and stunt classes. 

Coach Connie’s passion for fitness, wellness, and yoga led her to work as an Aerobics Instructor, Wellness Specialist, and now a Certified Yoga Instructor, teaching in Port Washington.  She is proud to be coaching her 9-year-old daughter in cheerleading & tumbling and honored to be a part of the Rally & Pep Team!

Coach Jess

Jess is a Freshman at Hofstra University majoring in Entrepreneurship and minoring in Spanish. This is her 10th year of Cheerleading!  She was also a Dancer for 13 years and a Gymnast for 3 years. She is a NHSCC National Champion and is still a Cheerleader at Hofstra. This summer, she is planning to travel to Europe with her family and explore the other side of the world!
