Semester Tuition

Non-Refundable Deposit Due at Registration: $50 (To be applied to semester balance)

REFUND POLICY:

Semester Tuition – There are no refunds given after the 2nd week of each semester. Tuition credits will be given for withdrawals between the 2nd and 10th week of class.  No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals beyond the 10th week of class.  Refunds are subject to administration fee and credit card fees. Tuition credits are non-transferable outside of immediate family and expire five years after issue date. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable

Camp/Clinic Tuition – Camps and Clinics must be canceled in writing more than 24 hours before the start of the event. Refund requested more than 24 hours before the start of the event will be given in the form of a credit. Refund requested less than 24 hours before the start time of the camp or clinic will not be granted.

Private Sessions – Private bookings must be rescheduled in writing more than 24 hours before the start of the session. Rescheduling requests more than 24 hours before the start time will be granted. Rescheduling requests less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be granted and the session will be forfeited. No refunds are given for private sessions. Private sessions booked using a credit card are subject to a 3.9% processing fee.

CREDIT CARDS:

Mastercard & Visa Accepted for all transaction types.  We do not accept American Express.  Credit Cards will be kept on file.  Remaining semester balance will be charged 2 weeks before the beginning of the Semester.

All payments made via credit card may be subject to a 3.9% processing fee. Processing Fees and credit card fees are non-refundable.

DISCOUNTS:

Sibling Discount of $25 will be applied for each additional sibling for the semester.

Student Specific Multi-class discount of $25 will be applied to each additional Rally & Pep class (excluding PYA and other vendor classes) 

MAKE UP POLICY:

Students may use up to 2 make up sessions for missed classes. Make up classes need to be used during the current semester.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Competition Cheerleading Only – Competition Cheer is a year-long commitment. There will be a uniform fee that is estimated to cost between $200-350 (This includes Uniform, Shoes, Bow, Socks).  There will be an event registration fee for each competition estimated to be between $75-95 per competition. There will also be an Annual Competition Cheerleading fee. Uniform fees, Competition Cheerleading fees and Event Registration fees are non-refundable. Premier teams will be required to purchase practice attire. There will be no refunds or credits for students who withdraw from competition cheer after the 4th week of class. Year-end/last practice dates for competition cheer is dependent on competition and showcase schedule and will be updated once the full year schedule is confirmed. Competitions are mandatory for those enrolled in competition cheer. Any student who misses a competition or withdraws mid-season will incur an additional re-block fee. Extra fees (including Uniform Fees and Registration fees) not paid by their due date will be auto charged to the card on file subject to a 3.9% Processing fee. To avoid Credit Card fees, Families are encouraged to pay via Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Check.
